Roasted Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed Recipe

We have been making the most of having access to an oven recently.

Stocking up on supplies of spicy seed mix… for sprinkling over salads, soups or mushy avocado on toast.

So easy to make ahead and keep a stash in your van for travels.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin seeds & Sunflower seeds (or any seeds you can get your hands on).

Paprika, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Chinese Five Spice, Cinnamon and Coarse Seat Salt (or what ever herbs and spices you have to hand).

Oil (Coconut or any cooking variety).

  1. Chuck all seeds in a roasting tray.
  2. Drizzle with oil, salt, herbs and spices.
  3. Roast on 200C heat for around 15-20 minutes.

Simple, tasty & nourishing…
